I´m slowly getting back into some sort of shape...I and like it!
Three days a week I have rehab at the gym...and not only do I focus on those boring but very important exercises...I also end up pushing myself through a full body workout...and my favorite areas to focus on are my abs and shoulders.
Unfortunatly my stamina is not what it used to be while boxing regularly...so I have to work on that...but each time I do..I seem to catch a cold or something keeping me away! :-(
