Another day...


So I went to the gym which I do 3-4 times a week every week so it's nothing new.
I didn't do any leg work at all, mostly focused on all the rest hahah
But obviously sometimes you'll need to use your legs as help for balance or positioning.
Due to this I am now being punished.
