Changes are approaching...

Preparing mentally for my second exciting Yoga session on Sunday, as well as preparing for leaving this job to venture on to another.

A lot of things going on but hopefully it will be great.

Summer has definitely left London, still warm enough to be without a jacket, well at least for me, but not the beautiful summer warmth we had much too little of.

But right now it's time for this busy bee to go to bed.

Tomorrow is a new day.
